Tensorgrip® G67 is a water-based, spray grade pressure sensitive flooring adhesive. This unique, portable canister system has been shown to decrease installation times by as much as 70% when compared to troweled or rolled-on adhesives. Plus, it can be applied while standing, rather than a kneeled position.

TIPS FOR APPLICATION:

  • Do not apply in a "swinging" motion. Instead, keep your arm/hand in a relatively still position and walk back and forth to cover the area.
  • Keep the can at a 30 degree angle. DO NOT point straight down.
  • Maintain a 20 to 25% overlap between passes.
  • Hold the spray nozzle with your fingertip.

Q: What is the recommended temperature range for spraying G67?  

A: For best results, spray at 60 degrees and above.

Q: What temperature range can G67 be stored?  

A: Do not store at temperatures above 120 degrees Fahrenheit or below freezing.

Q: Where can I get a list of substrates and materials that G67 has been tested with?  

A: Due to the ever-changing nature of the list (we continue to add new substrates and materials each week) we encourage customers and those interested in this information to call the Tensorgrip® G67 product team at (402) 731-3636.

Q: How much maintenance is the gun and hose?  

A: The gun, hose and tips are virtually maintenance free due to using a needle-style gun. If you will not be using the adhesive for a week or more, we recommend you spray a small amount of S104 adhesive remover into the spray tip – that’s it!
